This is a beautiful antique plaid tartan blanket with fringes on 2 ends, in shades of navy blue, green, black and thin yellow lines, made by the Horn Brothers in Lindsay, in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario, Canada. The Horn Bros made blankets in Lindsay from 1892 to the 1940s and was most active during WWI years. This blanket is estimated to be over 100 years old.The blanket measures 58" by 69" inches and is shown spread on a King size bed. The wool is durable and in excellent condition and has no holes.
